The PTO and Floyd T. Binns Administration will be hosting a Teachers Luncheon. We are in need of the following items:

Packages of assorted crackers

Blocks of assorted cheeses
-
Assorted cookies, store or homemade welcome

Water bottles
Please RSVP by January 7th so that we know where our needs fall. Donated items may be droped off in the main office, no later than early Friday Jan. 10th.

SPIRIT WEAR - Floyd T. Binns Spirit Wear will be available for SALE during various scheduled community school events, such as concerts and HOME atheletic games.
Parent volunteers are needed to faciliate the sales.
BAKE SALES - PTO depends on Bake Sales each month to assist in building funds to support school scheduled events. Please consider volunteering to help with scheduled bake sales by:

SOL pre testing will be starting for Social Studies and Science classes. Healthy, pre packaged snacks are needed for students. Donations can be dropped off at the main office for class distribution.

Renaissance Festival​

INFORMATION - The Renaissance Festival is a celebration for students whom have demonstrated good behavior, attendanace and or grades each quarter of the school year. This special event happenes at the end of the quarter.
DATES - Parent volunteers are needed in the planning of each quarters events for each grade level.

ACTIVITIES - Various activities such as a limbo contest and gift card raffles have been planned for students in the past, however new ideas and suggestions are always welcome. Parent volunteers are needed to assist in make this event fun and meaningful for each grade level.

The Angel Gift Tree
Monday Dec. 2-16th
Gift Tree located in School Lobby

GIFT TREE - Each year Floyd T. Binns hosts a gift tree for the students in need in our school community. Each student in need has a gift tag clipped on the tree. Each gift tag notes the specific gift requested by that child, tags list sizes and likes. You can partcipate to fufill a students gift wish two ways:

Visit school to retreive a tree gift tag

Ask your child to bring home a tree gift tag.
Please return gift tag with wrapped gift to the main office by Monday December 16th.
NOTE: All Angle gift tree tags will be filled regradless of school coomunity participation, Please consider helping us fill a small wish for our needing students.

Adult Career "Presenters" are needed to assist in making the event sucessful. Interested professionals may contact Floyd T. Binns directly for more information.

​DECORATIONS - The PTO will be creating this years snokeflake back drop for the winter concert. Volunteers are needed to assist in mounting the decorations up prior to the day of the concert and carefully taking the decoraions down after the concert.

Parent Grade Level Representers are needed for 6th 7th and 8th grade. Helps us make this week special for each grade level by assisting in orchestrating special gifts for each grade level team.
